Maybe I could be a weatherman...

The last day of our fall break was "supposed" to be dry outside, so we saved some free tickets my MIL got us to the big rock and decided to go the fall festival that day. The 1st thing we did when we got there was get in line to ride the train and about 10 minutes into the ride it started to rain! We still had SO much fun stuff to do, so I bought a pair of "rain appropriate" shoes (trust me, mine were NOT), Hubby got the umbrella out of the car, and we HAD FUN ANYWAY!

I am learning to like my new go with the flow attitude. It doesn't come out all the time (usually only when someone reminds me, but I am getting there!) We were wet, but happy!

Little Sheep enjoyed playing in the soap bubbles. He was the only kid out there and loving it! Some poor guy had to stand out there and watch him. He was getting wet too, I felt a little bad until my MIL said there were some umbrellas inside if he needed one. Maybe he didn't care about getting wet that day either! :)

After we left we got to meet my sister, niece & nephew and my mom for lunch at a local pizza place. It turned out to be a great day, despite the weather :) I learned my lesson!
